It’s that time of year again! Fashion insiders from all over the world assemble to one destination to celebrate the best of what fashion has to offer. From September 7-15 2016, New York leads the way to officially begin SS17 fashion week season.

Two years ago, I attended my first NYFW as a talent for a beauty brand. I can honestly say that it was one of the most prolific life-changing experiences I have had thus far. It cemented my desire to have a career in the fashion industry, opened my eyes to all the possibilities this world could provide, and more importantly, gave me self-believe that I could achieve anything I set my mind to.

Two years later, I am here as an official correspondent for E! News (my dream job since I was a teenager). What a difference two years make! Fashion week is always an exhilarating time, but this of course makes it that much more special for me.

I traveled to The Big Apple with my killer E! crew (shout-out to Nat and Paul!) to cover the latest trends and hottest runway shows in fashion. Each day was a tight schedule of city-trotting around different fashion show locations, backstage interviews, and let’s not forget…the afterparties fashion week is notorious for (work hard, play hard)! I rubbed elbows with Adriana Lima, Kylie Jenner, Jourdan Dunn, Cindy Crawford, and Will.I.Am. No biggie. Just a typical Friday night.

In addition, I covered fashion shows of some of the world’s most celebrated designers such as Marissa Webb, Zimmerman, Jonathan Simkhai, Pamela Roland, and Francesca Liberatore. More details and pictures on these shows to come in posts ahead!
